Using GAMEDEX

You may use GAMEDEX to manage a personal game collection and access the features made available to your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when using the service.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts GAMEDEX or its service providers.

Catalog and market data

Game details, prices, stock, ratings, and availability may come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify important purchase or sale information with the relevant retailer.

Availability

Features may change or be unavailable while maintenance, imports, provider outages, or other operational work is in progress. We may suspend access needed to protect the service or other users.

Responsibility

GAMEDEX is provided as available for collection management and discovery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on third-party catalog, price, or availability data.
